Recent News: Janie's Painting "Cheese Shop" has been selected by the Southern Watercolor Society for use as their invitation cover art! The formal invitation, to be produced en masse, will be used to promote Southern Watercolor's Annual Opening and galas in 18 states. This is a huge honor for Janie as her art was selected from all of the artists displaying in the show!

October, 2011 | Janie received 3rd place in the [juried] Caswell County Annual Show!

April 16, 2011 | Janie has won the North Carolina Watercolor Society Award in the Southern Watercolor Society Show!

April 6, 2011 | Janie has just been awarded the Alabama Watercolor Society Award in the Georgia Watercolor Show!

March 30, 2011 | Janie has been juried into the 2011 Louisiana Watercolor Society Annual Show and the 2011 Alabama National Exhibit. Jane's art has received countless awards and accolades over the last two decades. Her current creative passion is a challenging and labor-intensive process using Yupo paper, which produces stunning and vibrant colors and textures making the arduous process well worth the investment of her time and energy!
